410-706-2316 Prior to joining the Training Department Ms. Fulton, LCSW-C, served in administrative, supervisory and direct service positions with the Baltimore City Department of Social Services. Her work has included In-home and Out-of Home Services. Ms Fulton has also served as a Policy Analyst with the Maryland State Department of Human Resources in the Kinship Care and Independent Living Programs, and as an Administrator for licensed non-profit child welfare agencies. Ms. Fulton has presented at local and national workshops and has conducted training throughout the State of Maryland. Currently, she is a member of the Maryland chapter of NASW and is a participant of the Committee on Children, Youth and Families. |
