| Patricia Noel, Academic Coordinator, graduated from the University of Maryland, School of Social Work in 2006. Patricia interned at Family Connections during the 2005-2006. A native Baltimorean, Patricia has seen how poverty has affected the safety, health, and well-being of many children, families and communities in the area. Patricia has experience working with children in foster care, trained as a foster care parent and has worked with intergenerational families in the Family Connections Program. Patricia’s primary interests include working with grandparents raising grandchildren and vulnerable children who are often victims of abuse or neglect. |
