| Dana Burdnell Wilson is the Deputy Director of the Ruth H. Young Center for Families and Children (RYC). In this role, Ms. Wilson manages RYC programs and operations. Her most recent position was Vice President of Professional Development & Publications at the Child Welfare League of America, where she had been employed since 1993. Ms. Wilson has exceptional experience in all aspects of managing complex programs. In addition to her most recent position, she has led CWLA’s membership services program and initiatives on kinship care and cultural competence. Prior to joining CWLA, she had experience as unit chief for family services and kinship care services for Baltimore City Department of Social Services and later at the Department of Human Resources Social Services Administration as program manager for family services and kinship care. Ms. Wilson received her BSW from Ohio University and her MSW from the University of Maryland. |
